Merencanakan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata di Kota Semarang sebagai solusi pertumbuhan industri pariwisata Indonesia guna meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi tenagatenaga maupun wirausahawan profesional bidang aset nasional yang berkualitas, kreatif, dan berbudi luhur. perancangan dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Bioklimatik tekankan pada unsur lokalitas agar lebih berkarakter sehingga menciptakan lingkungan hidup sehat nyaman.
